Source documents

• README.md — project overview, install, and architecture.
• CONVENTIONS.md — provider-neutral conventions every skill must follow (language, methodology, citation discipline).

Tooling and automation

Deterministic helpers that run without a model, plus the eval and verification harness:

• references/rechner.md — deterministic legal calculators: Fristen (§§ 187-193 BGB), Verjährung (§§ 195-199 BGB), RVG and GKG fees, and Feiertage for all 16 Bundesländer.
• scripts/verify_citations.py — resolves §-anchors, ECLI and CELEX citations against gesetze-im-internet.de; offline-informational, --strict to gate.
• evals/ — behavioural, LLM-graded eval harness (promptfoo) generated from the per-skill test.md files.
• references/mcp-template.json — live legal-data wiring via the NeuRIS (rechtsinformationen.bund.de) MCP server.

Repository conventions (summary)

• Outputs in German. English terms only when established (e.g. "Letter of Intent") and explained on first use.
• Default to Gutachtenstil for memos and reasoned letters; Urteilsstil for briefs and short internal notes.
• Anspruchsgrundlagenprüfung in canonical order: Vertrag → c.i.c. → GoA → dinglich → Delikt → Bereicherung.
• Statutory interpretation applies all four classical methods plus constitution-conforming and EU-law-conforming interpretation.
